The Cuplock Ledger is a horizontal component of modular scaffolding systems, designed to connect vertical standards and form stable horizontal levels while providing lateral support for transoms and working platforms. The Cuplock Ledger is manufactured from Structural Steel S355 JR in accordance with EN 10025, using a 48.3 mm outer diameter × 3.2 mm wall thickness tube manufactured to EN 10219. Welding is performed using CO₂ / MIG processes in accordance with ISO 3834-2, and the component is finished with Hot-Dip Galvanizing in accordance with ISO 1461 to provide enhanced corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life.
